Goodwill Rugby Carnival - 27 July to 8 August. This national
rugby competition has attracted teams from around the country, including:

- Hill Town Independent College.
Other features of this Goodwill Rugby sanctioned 15-a-side competition,
include beach volleyball and touch football on the golden sands of Surfers
